My MB 911Muffler It's here! and it sounds GREAT. I've been like
a kid waiting for Christmas Morning around here these past few
days waiting for my new MK Exhaust muffler to arrive. The UPS
lady pulled up and I couldn't wait to get my parcel from her,
confused at the same time since it felt too light to be a muffler.
When I opened it up, it was indeed my R style muffler. Only one
hour later, it was effortlessly on and I was tearing through the
neighborhood, turning all the neighbor's heads!

Hey Ben,
I ordered a dual-in/dual-out muffler from you a few weeks ago
for my 87 Carrera, and after living with it for a little while
I just wanted to get back to you and give you my reactions.
I installed the system (SSI's and your muffler) about 2 weeks
ago. Your workmanship is top-notch, and it married to the SSI's
very well. I wasn't quite sure what to expect when I first fired
the car up. Would it be too loud? Not loud enough? Too cheesy?
My first reaction was "HOLY S#*T!!" It sounds fantastic!
Very retro. Just like a 74 RS, to my ears at least. The throttle
response and low-end torque are VERY MUCH improved (a combination
of the headers and the muffler working together, I'm sure). The
sound that erupts from the car at about 4,000 RPM is pure Porsche
Porn!! And letting off the throttle and hearing the motor inhale
as it backs down just brings a smile to my face. I have a very
nice aftermarket stereo in the car which has not been turned on
since the installation. Hell, I might end up yanking it out all
together!! All in all, I'm very pleased with the purchase and
would recommend your muffler to anybody. The only gripe I have,
and this is not really your fault, is that the good folks at UPS
managed to mangle both of the tips during the shipping process.
I was able to re-form them back to their original shape, but it
was still quite a shock to see what they had done to them. If
it wasn't for your high quality welds, they probably would have
broken off one/both of the tips. Perhaps in the future you might
consider adding some sort of bracing to the inside of the box
so that the tips aren't taking the full force of the shipping
blows.
Anyway, thanks again for a really great product at a really great
price. You've taken a car that I love dearly and made it even
more enjoyable to drive. What more could you ask for?!! If you
ever need any customer testimonials or feedback on your design,
